RUSSIAN EARL GREY

from $15.00

Russian Earl Grey was first introduced during the Tsarist era in 1618. The Chinese ambassador to Moscow presented Tsar Michael Fedorovich with several chests of tea as a gift. It was not well received and the Tsar’s chef came up with a blend that added a fruit and spice flavor. Orange peel and lemongrass were added along with corn flower petals and the bergamot flavoring to create Russian Earl Grey. In Russian tradition add a bit of milk to give it a Russian tradition taste.

Brew in filtered water 200-212 degrees. Steep for 3-5 mins. For a milder taste brew for 3 mins and for more of a stronger blend allow to steep for up to 5 mins.

Caffeinated
