Because our teas are artisanal and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened tea packages or incorrect addresses. However, should your order arrive damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, we kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery at langteenjames@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
