Athalstan’s Chai Earl Grey is a captivating fusion of tradition and indulgence - where the sharp sophistication of bergamot meets the warm depths of chai spice and white chocolate and cacao.

The distinctive blend begins with a base of robust earl grey, layered with fragrant cardamom, cacao nibs, and the creamy softness of white chocolate. The bergamot adds a bright, citrusy lift, while the chocolate and spice wrap the cup in richness and warmth - offering a sensory experience that is both grounded and opulent.

Hand blended in small batches, Athalstan’s Chai Earl Grey is a homage to complexity: bold yet graceful, daring yet refined. A luxurious companion to late afternoons, thoughtful moments, or the simple pleasure of stillness.

Use filtered water if possible. Add two teaspoons of tea to infuser. In a saucepan add 8oz’s of water and heat (200-212) for 3 mins or until water reaches desired temperature . Add milk/creamer to make a true Indian Masala blend. Let steep for 3-5 minutes.
